Google is a search engine where you can search any kind of information through the use of query or keyword where as Google + is a social networking website where you can share your ideas and stay connected with your friends and family.

Google is considered as one of the most popular and major search engine which provides accurate results for the users' search queries. While Google+ is one of the service offered by Google Inc. which work as social networking platform like Facebook and Twitter.
